Power Yoga 101
Power Yoga 101 is held at least once a month and is an introductory class into Baptiste Yoga and will give you the tools needed to take your practice to the next level. If you have been a yoga practitioner for years it is a great way to strengthen your foundation and learn more about Baptiste Yoga.
Slow Flow (All Levels)- Slow Flow is the same sequence and structure as our power flow but with a calmer ambiance. Slow Flow is a great class for beginners, athletes taking an off day from training, or anyone looking to slow their practice down while keeping the power. While the pace may be slower some have called it one of our most challenging classes. Child poses are as encouraged as Crow poses.

Challenge Flow (Level 3)- Challenge Flow isn’t just advanced poses but a new way of moving through the poses.
What if I’ve never done yoga?
Just show up. One of our values that we teach to is start with "I am ready now." Everyone who does yoga had to have their first class. I remember what I didn’t like about being the “new guy” and I hope to change that for everyone here. If you are new to yoga Slow Flow and Power Yoga 101 are great class to start with.
I have an injury can I still practice?
Ryan has been treating injuries for the last 6 years if you have any injuries or if any poses irritates your injury please let Ryan know and he will show you ways to modify your practice.
What Do I bring my first time?
Dress in athletic clothing and bring a hand towel and a bottle of water. If you forget we will have towels, water bottles, and mats for you. On your first visit arrive 10 minutes early to get registered you can also register online before your first class.
